This International Women's Day and every day, we are grateful for the women of PrimeAsia. Among them is Thu, the head of our lab at PrimeAsia Vietnam. With 19 years of dedication to PrimeAsia, Thu leverages her expertise in chemistry to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Leading a team of 37, Thu oversees the testing of over 200 leather samples daily for quality, color, and durability, ensuring they comply with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. She has also expanded chemical testing capabilities at PrimeAsia Vietnam, guaranteeing that our products are free from hazardous substances and align with ZDHC and brand standards. Under her leadership, the Vietnam lab has consistently achieved strong audit results and brand scores while continuously improving and growing.
Beyond her technical contributions, Thu is one of the nine founding members of the Women’s Group, an offshoot of our Workers’ Union in Vietnam. The Group aims to support all women at PrimeAsia Vietnam through various programs including initiatives such as discussions on family happiness and gifts for female employees on International Women’s Day.
